OBJECT
The purpose of these terms and conditions is to regulate the purchase and sale operations entered into with SHAULA CONFORT S.L. through this Website. The contractual conditions presented here are duly registered in the general terms and conditions registry of the Commercial Registry of Murcia.
PRODUCTS
The description of the products offered on the Website is made according to the information provided by SHAULA CONFORT S.L.’s suppliers. SHAULA CONFORT S.L. reserves the right to update the products offered on the Website daily, according to market conditions.
CUSTOMERS
Any user acquires the status of customer (hereinafter “the Customer”) from the moment they confirm their order.
EXECUTION OF THE DISTANCE CONTRACT
Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the company must execute the order without undue delay and no later than 6 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract.
FAILURE TO EXECUTE THE DISTANCE CONTRACT
If the contracted goods or services are not available, the consumer must be informed and offered the following alternatives:

Opt for a product with similar or superior characteristics

ORDER FORMULATION
To place an order, the user must fill out the purchase form indicating their personal and payment information. Purchasing any product requires clicking the order confirmation button at the bottom of the purchase form. This confirmation implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Once the order is received, SHAULA CONFORT S.L. will immediately send the Customer an email confirming the details of the transaction. This confirmation will be sent to the address provided by the Customer in the purchase form.
PRICES
All prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. The price of each product is valid on the date the order is placed. SHAULA CONFORT S.L., before the user validates the purchase, will specify the items included and their respective amounts. In case of an offer, it will be clearly marked, showing the original price and the discounted price. SHAULA CONFORT S.L. reserves the right to modify the prices of its products at any time without prior notice, always before the order is finalized.
PAYMENT
The Customer can pay for the order using the following methods: Visa, Bizum.
If desired, SHAULA CONFORT S.L. will provide the invoice in paper and/or electronic format by sending it to shop@dreamdiconfort.com.
CONTRACT FORMALIZATION AND COMPLAINT FORMS
The sales contract is considered formalized once the Customer has completed the entire purchase process and made the payment. Delivery of the products by the online store fulfills the contractual obligations of both parties.
The contract requires delivery of the purchase invoice with all legal requirements to the Customer. This invoice is sent along with the terms and conditions and the withdrawal form by email, and remains accessible in the Customer’s private area under the “Orders” section.
The invoice will be kept as long as required by tax authorities.
Complaint forms are available at the company’s registered office at C/ LAS TEJERAS 12, 30510 YECLA. Users can also request them by email at shop@dreamdiconfort.com.
DELIVERY
For mattresses, the general preparation and delivery time is 2–6 business days. Delivery times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and national and local holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will have an additional 24 hours added to the delivery time. Delivery times may be affected by external causes (weather conditions, force majeure).
Orders paid via “Bank Transfer” will be processed after bank validation, generally requiring 2 additional days for processing.
Orders for the Balearic Islands and Portugal will incur a 6% surcharge for management costs, communicated at the time of the order, along with any extension of delivery time by 1–3 days. For deliveries to Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, and Andorra, contact shop@dreamdiconfort.com directly.
The courier may exceptionally vary to provide better service.
SHIPPING COSTS
The final price includes FREE SHIPPING.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer guarantees that the information provided in the forms is accurate. They commit to facilitating delivery by providing a valid address during standard delivery hours. SHAULA CONFORT S.L. is not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses. The Customer must use the purchased products legally, without infringing the rights of third parties. Failure to comply allows SHAULA CONFORT S.L. to cancel the order or withdraw the product without notice. No compensation is due.
WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify SHAULA CONFORT S.L., C/ las tejeras, 12 – Yecla (Murcia) or by email at shop@dreamdiconfort.com, by means of an unequivocal statement (letter or email). The communication must be sent before the end of the 14-day period.
In case of withdrawal, a full refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method as the original transaction, without additional costs. The refund may be withheld until the goods are returned or proof of shipment is provided.
Goods must be returned to SHAULA CONFORT S.L., C/ las tejeras, 12 – Yecla (Murcia), within 14 days of notification. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer. The Customer is only responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As indicated by Article 103 of Law 3/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Services fully performed with the consumer’s express consent.

Supply of goods or services whose price depends on market fluctuations outside the company’s control.

Goods made to measure or clearly personalized.

Perishable goods.

Sealed goods not returnable for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

WARRANTIES
The seller is responsible for defects manifested within three years of delivery. Defects occurring within two years are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
The Customer may request repair, price reduction, or contract termination. All shipping, transportation, labor, and material costs are covered by the seller.
PARTIAL INVALIDITY
If any provision is contrary to the law, the remaining provisions remain valid.
