Afterward, a confirmation appears and the buyer returns to the shop.

Could anyone know the encryption key?
Each time a user connects to a secure server, the server generates a random session key while the client’s browser generates another random key to identify itself to the server.

If other users connect to the server during a secure connection, new keys are generated to identify the participants. The secure server ensures that the keys never overlap during simultaneous connections.

How do I know a secure connection is established?
You can tell if you’re connected to a secure server if the URL starts with “https://”. Most browsers indicate this graphically with an icon (e.g., Internet Explorer shows a yellow locked padlock).
