A) SHIPPING

At Shaula Confort we work very hard to manufacture, prepare, and deliver your products within a very short time frame. We ship our products throughout Europe. We guarantee delivery within 2 to 6 business days, depending on the transport company handling the delivery and the destination country.

The delivery period will start from the moment we receive the order during our working hours. Once the order is shipped, Shaula Confort will inform you by email of the tracking number so you can monitor your order in detail.

Delivery service will be carried out from Monday to Friday, expressly excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national or local holidays when deliveries are not made. Delivery times may be altered due to circumstances beyond Shaula Confort’s control (weather conditions, strikes, losses, etc.). If this happens, we will inform you.

Delivery will not be considered a breach if the delay is at the customer’s request or if we are unable to locate the buyer with the provided information.

B) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (SHAULA CONFORT S.L, C/ las Tejeras, 12 – Yecla (Murcia), Spain, or via email at shop@dreamdiconfort.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that your communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the withdrawal period has expired.

In case of withdrawal, we will refund you within 14 days the amount paid for the products in full, without undue delay, and no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund will be made using the same means of payment used in the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, if not returned in their original packaging the goods may suffer depreciation, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to SHAULA CONFORT S.L, C/ las Tejeras, 12 – Yecla (Murcia), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods and must manage the return shipment yourself. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
As per Article 103 of Law 3/2014, March 27, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to:

  • Services once fully performed, with prior express consent of the consumer.

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly.

  • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

  • Audio/video recordings or sealed software unsealed after delivery.

  • Daily press, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscriptions.

  • Etc. (full legal list included).

C) GUARANTEES

The seller shall be liable to the consumer for any non-conformity that appears within three years from delivery, which is deemed the date stated on the invoice, receipt, or delivery note.

Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that non-conformities that appear within two years of delivery already existed at the time of delivery.

The consumer may demand repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract, all free of charge, including shipping, transport, labor, and material costs.
